Psychedelics can be incredible co-therapists; I am honored to partner in supporting the preparation and integration of these medicines when appropriate. Grounded in harm reduction, formal learning, and lived experience, I approach psychedelic work with reverence and a commitment not to rush.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychedelics are well-documented complementary modalities; with proper set and setting, psychedelics can allow parts to show up differently and teach us much about the meaning we've made from our experiences and offer glimpses into our truest selves.
I do not provide recommendations about psychedelic use or referrals to underground practitioners. I do support Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and the preparation and integration of other medicines. My focus is on helping individuals learn their own needs and desires related to psychedelics use and seek aligned experiences.
