I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, trauma-informed care and pull from interpersonal neurobiology and somatic modalities. I believe in integrating the mind, body, heart and soul. I also see cultural context and intersectional identities as key in understanding folks and developing therapeutic goals that fit their lived experiences.
I work with individuals ages 15 and up. I see folks for long-term and brief therapy and anything in between. I am also an experienced career advisor and enjoy helping people connect their goals with their core values to map out career paths or transitions. Not sure if what your experiencing is a good fit? Reach out for a phone consultation and we can discuss your unique situation.
I am based in Crested Butte Colorado. I also see folks throughout Colorado via Telehealth. For some people, the privacy of being in an office or online feels right. For others, being outdoors or moving during appointments is a better fit. I am happy to work with you to figure out what's right for you.
One of my passions is supporting survivors of outdoor trauma, such as avalanches and wilderness accidents. I work with survivors to understand trauma, maintain community and integrate these life changing experiences. If you or someone you know is struggling due to an outdoor accident or injury, please reach out or seek resources at http://soar4life.org
